Per is active in the firm’s practice groups for dispute resolution, Corporate Commercial and Corporate Finance & Capital Markets. Per has extensive experience in commercial disputes and represents Swedish and international clients in both court and arbitrations. Per also advises the firm’s clients on various commercial agreements, on issues related to marketing, media law as well as on financing agreements and in connection with various acquisition and sales processes.

With previous experience as an inhouse lawyer at a Swedish bank Per now advises different banks regarding issues related to marketing and sales financing as well as with regulatory matters, the latter mainly in the areas of financial services and consumer credits.
