Jonas is responsible for our legal advices regarding life science, IP and Corporate Commercial.

With his previous experience as a general counsel at a bank, Jonas assists various banks in their operations. He also helps our life science clients through the various development phases, and he is used to negotiating the life science specific agreements. He also assists clients, primarily in the food industry, sports and retail, in protecting and refining their well-known brands. Further, Jonas has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating all the types of agreements that companies need and encounter in their operation.
