Anton is head of the firm’s real estate transactions.

Anton regularly advises clients in transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments and mergers, and provides advice in capital raisings and IPOs. He also supports both listed and private companies in corporate matters and in connection with general meetings and incentive programmes.
