Hannes Mellberg

Hannes is head of the firm’s M&A practice.

He regularly advises clients in both Swedish and international transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, mergers and joint ventures. He also has extensive experience in advising on capital raisings and IPOs. Hannes provides continuous support to both listed and private companies in corporate and strategic matters, as well as in connection with general meetings and incentive programmes.
