Per works with advisory in Dispute Resolution, Corporate Commercial and Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. He has extensive experience in commercial disputes and regularly represents Swedish and international clients in both court proceedings and arbitration. Per also advises on commercial agreements, marketing, media law, financing agreements, and various acquisition and divestment processes.

With previous experience as in-house counsel at a Swedish bank, Per now assists banks on matters relating to marketing, sales financing and regulatory issues – particularly in financial services and consumer credit.
