We assist our clients (e.g. in life science, food, consumer products and sports) with strategic advice on the commercialisation of their intellectual property rights (e.g. trademarks, copyrights and designs). We do this by, among other things, drawing up IP strategies, various cooperation arrangements, and licence and transfer agreements.

We also assist with applications for trade mark and design protection around the world and enforce these rights. We are very proud of the fact that we are responsible for many of Sweden’s best-known brands.

Our experience and knowledge in this area goes back a long way and some of our lawyers have also worked for several years at leading intellectual property law firms before joining us.

Intellectual property issues are often complex and specialised, which is why our expertise in this area comes in handy in connection with transactions or disputes relating to intellectual property rights.

Of course, we are also at the forefront when it comes to providing legal advice in relation to AI in general, but especially in connection with intellectual property rights.
