Business Development / Associate

Ida is responsible for business development at the firm and is also part of the transactions team, where she assists clients with various types of transactions such as listings, rights issues, and directed share issues. In her previous roles at an issuing institution and a corporate finance firm, she has been project manager for over a hundred share issues and listings.

In addition to transactions, Ida can support listed companies on matters relating to disclosure, MAR, incentive programs, board matters, and public offers.
