Filip Funk

Filip is head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice and specialises in commercial disputes. He has extensive experience representing both Swedish and international clients in litigation in Sweden and in both Swedish and international arbitration proceedings.

Filip has handled disputes across a range of industries and legal areas, including M&A, shareholder and cooperation agreements, construction, directors’ liability and advisory liability. His previous experience as in-house counsel also enables him to advise clients strategically on commercial legal matters and to draft and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements.
