We have extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and managing the full range of commercial agreements that arise in our clients’ businesses. Our lawyers have a strong commercial focus which, together with extensive knowledge of contract law and industry practice, enables us to provide both legal and business strategy advice to our clients. We are used to operating in an international environment and adapt our advice and drafting of contracts accordingly.

Several of our lawyers have experience of working as in-house lawyers and have a good insight into and great understanding of what is needed to drive a process forward and achieve a deal.
