Jonas Kullgren

Jonas is responsible for the firm’s advisory work in life sciences, intellectual property and Corporate Commercial. He has experience as General Counsel at a bank and regularly advises banks in their operations. He also supports the firm’s life sciences clients through all stages of development and has extensive experience negotiating industry-specific agreements. Jonas also assists clients – particularly in the food, sports and retail sectors – in protecting and commercialising their well-known brands. In addition, he regularly drafts and negotiates commercial agreements used in day-to-day business.
